Can I listen offline?
PDF processing, OCR and speech run locally. With a voice available on your device, listening does not require a server connection. System services and cloud file providers may use the network.
Can it read Chinese and English together?
Yes, with compatible mixed-language voices. The voice picker separates language options; language coverage and automatic detection differ by voice.
Do my books sync between devices?
No. Your library and reading progress stay on the device. Using the app on multiple devices does not mean documents are synced.
Can it read every PDF?
It supports text PDFs and on-device OCR for scans. Recognition and reading order depend on document quality and layout. Password-protected files need the correct password.
